How It Works

Each $30 ticket enters you in every daily drawing across October. The more tickets you grab, the more chances you’ll have to win great prizes!

Daily Drawings

Every day at 7:00 PM, a Boys & Girls Club member draws a winner live at that day’s sponsor location for an exciting daily prize giveaway.

Win & Collect

Winners are announced on our social media pages and then pick up their prizes directly from that day’s sponsoring business partner location.

Official Rules & Regulations

Welcome to The Great 30-Day Giveaway! This fundraising giveaway supports the Boys & Girls Club of Valdosta and helps us continue building brighter futures for local youth. Please review the official rules below to understand how to enter, how drawings work, and how winners can claim their prizes.

  • Ticket Purchase & Entry Requirements

    • Tickets are $30 each.
    • Every ticket enters you into all 30 daily drawings (Oct 1–30).
    • Buy 4+ tickets to automatically qualify for the Grand Prize Golf Cart drawing on Oct 31.
    • At checkout, participants must provide full name, valid phone, valid email, and confirm the marketing opt-in checkbox.
    • Multiple tickets may be purchased; each ticket equals one entry

  • Drawing Procedures

    • Daily drawings take place at 7:00 PM at that day’s sponsoring business.
    • Drawings are conducted by a Boys & Girls Club member.
    • One winner per day; winners do not need to be present.
    • The Grand Prize Golf Cart will be drawn on Oct 31 from all eligible entries

  • Winner Notification & Prize Collection

    • Winners notified via phone and social media within 24 hours.
    • Announcements posted on social media. 
    • Daily prizes must be picked up at the sponsoring business location.
    • Winners should claim prizes within 14 days.
    • By accepting a prize, winners consent to photos/videos for promotional use

  • Eligibility & Code of Conduct

    • Open to individuals 18+.
    • Conducted in accordance with Georgia raffle regulations; void where prohibited.
    • The Club reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal/greater value or adjust the raffle if needed.
    • Participants are expected to uphold respectful and fair conduct throughout the campaign

  • Communications & Privacy

    • Contact info is used only for winner notifications and, if opted in, for future Boys & Girls Club updates. 
    • Participants may opt out of marketing at any time. 
    • Payment accepted via Venmo Charity, mailed check, or cash to the designated PO Box 682 Valdosta, GA 31603

  • Social Media & Promotion

    • Daily winners are announced on the Boys & Girls Club social media channels and in sponsor displays.
    • Campaign updates, sponsor highlights, and behind-the-scenes content will be shared throughout October.
    • By participating, you consent to your name and photo/video (if collected) being shared for promotional purposes

  • Email Opt-In

    • When purchasing a ticket, you’ll be asked to opt-in for updates.
    • Opt-in subscribers receive:
    • Winner announcements
    • Special sponsor spotlights
    • Club news and impact stories
    • You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of each email
